Al Dente Terrace Offers Italian Delights in Natural Surroundings

AL BARSHA, UAE - Nov. 25, 2014 - PRLog -- As the weather cools down, the Coral Beach Resort Sharjah’s signature restaurant Al Dente has opened its Terrace for guests who wish to enjoy dining outdoor or have a quick bite on the go or just prefer a take-away.

Jean-Pierre Simon, Regional General Manager, Northern Emirates, Coral Hotels & Resorts, said that the weather is perfect for guests to enjoy Al Dente’s incomparable Italian delicacies while sitting on the terrace.

Simon expressed hope that this will provide the diners, who have patronised the longest-running authentic Italian restaurant in the Northern Emirates, just another reason to return to Al Dente and discover the exciting new menu that the restaurant has recently launched focussing on seasonal ingredients.

The new menu features Italian favourites with modern twists. The chef’s recommendations includes ‘Duck breast’ in an olive sauce served with potato Lyonnaise and green beans, ‘Arabian–Gulf Pizza’ with Za’atar, fresh tomato, halloumi cheese and ‘Ravioli Spinach Ricotta’ –  Fresh ravioli pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese served with béchamel sauce.

Al Dente Terrace is open seven days a week from 7pm to midnight. The new take-away menu offers quick snacks and juices at incredible prices including Shawarma for AED10 and full plate Tandoori just for AED32.

The Coral Beach Resort – Sharjah features 156 spacious rooms, many with panoramic sea-view. A major attraction is the wide repertoire of dining options with menus to cater to every taste.
