Ashley Russo hosts Wildlands Conservancy Annual Green Gala

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Nov. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Ashley Russo, host of The PEAK TV, was master of ceremonies at the Wildlands Green Gala, held on November 21^st at DeSales University, University Center.  Proceeds from the event immediately help protect the Lehigh Valley’s natural resources and support the education of future environmental stewards throughout the region’s communities.

“I was familiar with Wildlands Conservancy through their summer and school-year programs available to children in the Lehigh Valley,” said Ms. Russo.  “It wasn’t until last summer that I grew intimately aware of their mission and commitment to education and conservation while taping a piece for The PEAK.  I am honored to be hosting the event and proud to be a recent addition to the board.”

More than 30 years strong, the group’s premiere fundraiser, which includes silent and live auctions, celebrates close friends, board members and business leaders and their positive impact upon Wildland’s conservation and education mission.  Silent auction items featured a “Go Green” and “Outdoors” category to reflect Wildlands Conservancy’s mission.
