SCS Professionals Elected to the RETA Board of Directors

SAN MARCOS, Calif. - Nov. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- RETA recently announced the members of their newly elected Board of Directors at their annual conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Lee Pyle and Eric Girven, both environmental professionals with SCS Engineers were elected to the Board. Both assumed their respective responsibilities on November 6, 2014. RETA is a national organization providing professional development, ANSI accredited certifications, and educational programs in the refrigeration industry.

Lee Pyle is the Project Director of the Risk Management Group at SCS Tracer Environmental and a Vice President of SCS Engineers.  She is a Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO). Ms. Pyle has been involved in the preparation of Risk Management and Safety Management Programs for over 20 years.  She specializes in risk programs for chemical processes and in particular, ammonia refrigeration facilities.

Mr. Girven, an Industrial Refrigeration and Energy Specialist, is an SCS Project Manager and a Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) and CARO. His expertise is operations and conformance with regulations administered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Process Safety Management and the Environmental Protection Agency’s Risk Management Program. Eric’s experience also includes mechanical integrity inspections for ammonia refrigeration systems, as well as energy efficiency measures for running large industrial facilities proficiently.
