Client Success Matters at The Storage Group Jeanne Dotson hired as Director of Customer Success

The hiring represents a new position at TSG.  With more than 20 years of multimedia marketing and customer service experience, Dotson’s role is to lead a Customer Success Team (CST). The CST recognizes that each customer’s needs and levels of technical sophistication are unique. Through on boarding, training, and communication, the CST’s staff of Customer Success Managers ensures that all customers are fully engaged and getting the value that they expect.
