Power Design, Inc. Awarded another Luxury High Rise Development in South Florida, Jade Signature

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Nov. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- National electrical contractor Power Design, Inc. has recently been awarded Jade Signature, a 57-story high-rise luxury development located in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. Partnered with Suffolk Construction and Fortune International, Jade Signature is one of 40 high rises Power Design was awarded in 2014, 12 of which are located in South Florida.

Taking the term “luxury” to the next level, Jade Signature will offer three floors of amenity space including a sculptural staircase, a plunge pool overlooking the ocean, a spa level with massage beds and more. Residential units will have extensive outdoor terrace space, floor to ceiling windows and smart building technology to enhance the living experience.

With 197 condominium units and penthouse homes ranging from 6,000 to nearly 14,000-square-feet, the highly anticipated Jade Signature is slated for completion in late 2016 and will be an impressive addition to the South Florida skyline.
