Synergita wins its first customer from Kerala, Triassic Solutions

CHENNAI, India - Nov. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Chennai & Trivandrum, India – 11^th Nov 2014 – Synergita, the world’s most affordable Cloud-based Performance Management Solution provider announced Triassic Solutions Private Limited, winner of Deloitte Technology Fast50 India 2014  as its customer. Under the agreement, they will implement the Synergita’s full suite Performance Management compromising Employee Information System, Appraisal System along with feedback templates, KRAs, etc.

Triassic Solutions was using legacy models for their Employee Performance Management process which they want to upgrade. They decided to look for an affordable and modern solution addressing their present pain points and future needs. Also they wanted to have a comprehensive and integrated solution that would connect their network of financial services, industrial automation, e-learning, fleet management, healthcare and retail departments, standardize the employee management procedure and help them have better control over the talent management operations.

Synergita’s solution will give them the flexibility and necessary tools to optimize their talent growth process, improve the employee performance management system and provide greater strength to their workforce infrastructure.
