“We thought that we had our dream home in 2004 when we built a 4,500 square foot ranch home with basement on three acres in a gated mountain retirement communities in Jasper,” explained Mike.

At that time, the Andersons were not yet grandparents. Once their four grandchildren came along, the two knew they needed to move closer to their family in Paulding County. “Life changes when those little ones come along, and we wanted to be closer to them, as well as live closer to my 90-year-old mother-in-law,” continued Mike.

“From the first interaction with the sales agent to communication with the builder, we have been most impressed with the Windsong team who always made us feel that we were a partner in the process,” explained Mike. “They listened, addressed our concerns and were highly responsive.” After previously building three custom homes, the Andersons greatly appreciated the easy experience of working with Windsong Properties.

The Andersons were involved in meetings with the team, including stakeholders, where all plans and expectations were outlined and discussed. “I felt that we were always included and not just informed of what was going to happen,” continued Mike.

With the building process now behind them, the Andersons look forward to entertaining family, including four grandchildren, in their gorgeous home. The Andersons are also ready to enjoy having access to the Seven Hills Park, where they envisioned bringing their grandchildren to play. “There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t tell Melinda I love our new home,” said Mike gratefully. “We have the Windsong team to thank for that, and I am delighted to say we finally live ‘Where Life’s A Breeze!’”
