Commenting on the MP’s visit and the new recruiting scheme, CEO Charles Cox said;

“This is a very exciting time for us. We have experienced a great few months and are looking forward to welcoming the apprentices into our company to help them build a career in the legal sector. It was great to welcome Andrew Stephenson into our offices last week. We are very proud of what we have achieved over the past few months and the Apprenticeship scheme is just the next step in expansion for us and gives local people the opportunity to change their career or start a new challenge. “

Based in Barrowford, TLMG specialise in legal marketing for law firms specifically in the Personal Injury sector. TLMG was set up by ex-Royal Marine, Charles Cox. After diversifying his career within the legal sector, he now has over 12 years of experience under his belt. He saw a gap in the marketplace to help lawyers market their firms through the use of social media and other marketing services.

Andrew Stephenson said;

“I was delighted to visit TLMG and speak to the team.  It’s great to see a local company expanding so rapidly and hear about their apprenticeship scheme.  The number of people undertaking an apprenticeship locally has doubled in the last three years and thanks to TLMG even more people will now be able to do so.”

The apprenticeship candidates are trained by Themis at Burnley College and TLMG on a variety of core skills in customer service and sales.

Simon Jordan, Director of Themis at Burnley College said;

"The demand for apprenticeships in Pennine Lancashire has increased in recent years as a growing number of employers see it as a highly valuable way to recruit future talent. We are delighted to work with TLMG to grow their apprenticeship programme and give talented young people the opportunity to train and grow within the business.”
