A-1 Settles Lawsuit and Publishes Retraction

MIAMI - Nov. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- In accordance with terms of a settlement agreement, A-1 Construction & Renovation, LLC along with its current and former principals publishes the retraction contained in this release.

The Company, it's current and former principals have no comment regarding any entities or individuals involved in the lawsuit nor will there be any future comment unless a Court of competent jurisdiction orders otherwise.

It is the understanding of the Company and its current and former principals that the Court has accepted the settlement agreement entered into by all of the parties, part of which is the requirement that this retraction be published on this particular medium.

Following the settlement of the lawsuit, the Company, it's current and former principals destroyed, deleted and otherwise erased records, documents and electronic media relating to the lawsuit and work that was performed at Claude Pepper Apartments in Miami, Florida.  Any future dissemination of information will not be from the Company, it's current or former principals.
