The Undress Wins Good Morning America’s Shark Tank Your Life Fashion Face Off

SAN DIEGO - Nov. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- The Undress Inc., a San Diego based company that helps make living an active lifestyle more convenient, won the Fashion Face-Off challenge during Good Morning America’s 'Shark Tank Your Life’ segment for their invention, The Undress.

The Undress is a fashionable, mobile changing room that allows women to change clothes in public without ever getting naked.

During their 30-second pitch on Friday, co-founder April Estrada described The Undress and its solution for women who need to change on-the-go while other members of the team, Nikki Jimenez and Monique Ramos demonstrated how The Undress works by changing in and out of their outfits on live television.

“The whole process was such a rush!” said Estrada, co-founder of The Undress along with inventor and co-founder, Dennis Caco. “The Good Morning America segment was our national television debut and we were honored to show it off in front of Shark Tank’s Daymond John! He was so excited about The Undress!”

The Undress faced off against another fashion project, Freedom Pants, which allows men to be fashionable and replace the need for a diaper bag. At the end of the segment, GMA host George Stephanopoulos & Shark Tank's Daymond John chose The Undress as the Fashion Face-Off winner and presented a gold shark trophy to the team.

The Undress is currently creating a waiting list for those who wish to purchase an Undress. They finished their 39-day Kickstarter campaign on November 1, raising more than $615,000 in pledges, becoming the number one most funded women’s fashion Kickstarer project to date.
