Cardiff Development Partners New Company Name Reflects Focus on New Retail Development

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. - Nov. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Founder and Managing Partner Tom Davies announced today that Cardiff Realty Holdings has officially changed its name to Cardiff Development Partners.  The new name illustrates the company’s increased focus and expertise in new retail development.

According to Davies, “we wanted our name to more accurately reflect our business today which is a fully integrated “retail-focused” company that specializes in the development of new retail properties throughout California”.

Cardiff Development Partners has successfully developed several new projects in California during the last 12-24 months including a Chase Bank in Loma Linda, Starbucks in Santa Paula and Family Christian Store in Palmdale.  In addition, Cardiff is currently developing Trinity Plaza, a neighborhood center in Oxnard that will include Carl’s Jr, 7-Eleven and several shops.
