The War and Treaty to Perform Live at The Ottobar in Baltimore on November 28

BALTIMORE - Nov. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- The War and Treaty, a soulful-folk music duo, will perform a selection of songs from their highly-anticipating CD titled The War and Treaty: Live at Blue House Studios on Friday, November 28 at the Ottobar in Baltimore, Maryland. Tickets are $8 and doors open at 8:00 p.m.

Michael Trotter, a previous winner of the Baumholder Germany Military Idol, brings his experience as a wounded-war veteran to the lyrics and soulful sounds of this debut CD with his wife Tanya Blount, a former Soul Train Best New Artist Nominee who also performed in Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit. Listeners will travel with The War and Treaty on a soulful journey through sounds that transcend musical boundaries, but remain pure Americana. Their music is intimate, innovative and exciting.

About The War and Treaty
Four years ago, two solo artists from opposite sides of the world met at a Love Festival. Michael Trotter, Jr. had just returned home after serving in the Iraq war and Tanya Blount was performing on various stages around the world.
