Adm. Michael Rogers States Cooperation is the Key Needed for Cyber Defense

Rogers stated that the U.S. needs a cyber strategy that combines national defense and collaborative methods.

“This is the ultimate team sport,” he said. “There is no single sector, there is no single element of this population, there is no single element within the government that has the total answer. It will take all of us working together to make this work.”

Rogers said he’s visited Silicon Valley twice in the past seven months to solicit cooperation between the public and private sector of the nation’s cyber workforce.
