By: The Lambs, Inc. The Lambs is America's first professional theatrical club, founded in NYC in 1874. Lambs were involved in the founding of The Actors Fund of America, Actors' Equity, ASCAP, Screen Actors Guild (and with the merger to SAG-AFTRA). The Club has been recognized by mayors, governors, presidents and the Pope. The Lambs nurtures those active in the arts, as well as those who are supporters of the arts, by providing fellowship, activities and a clubhouse for its members.
