The company is targeting to raise up to US$ 2,500 to launch its brand new online wishlist service and mobile app. Company CEO Pekka Laesvuori tells that he has been looking for a good wishlist service for years but eventually decided to build his own. WishSimply does all you need it to do. It has a clean and nice GUI without ads. It's optimized for simplicity. This is derived from stock trading applications, where time is money.

WishSimply is not bound or limited to any particular shop. This means that you can add any wishes you want. Privacy is also very important aspect in the service. WishSimply doesn't serve ads, send spam or have any affiliate agreements nor will there be any later on.

When asked why the company decided to go with crowdfunding, Pekka Laesvuori was quoted as saying “we decided to use crowdfunding as individuals are able to effectively make a decision about what they want. Putting money where the mouth is easy way to prove it. Pledges are also set to very low so showing support won't be an issue for anyone”.
