Frank Crumb Joins Halff Associates, Inc. for Public Infrastructure Business Development

FORT WORTH, Texas - Nov. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff), one of the nation’s leading engineering/architecture consulting firms, is proud to announce the addition of S. Frank Crumb, PE, BCEE, for public infrastructure business development. Mr. Crumb will be responsible for leading Halff’s business development efforts for public infrastructure with a focus on water utilities.

Prior to joining Halff, Mr. Crumb served the citizens of Fort Worth since 1983.  He most recently served as director of the City of Fort Worth Water Department. During his tenure, Mr. Crumb was responsible for overseeing capital projects planning and implementation for various water and wastewater expansions and the expansion of the distribution and collection systems from approximately 2000 miles of pipe each in 1983 to more than 3500 miles of pipe each in 2012.

He is past president of the Texas Section WateReuse Association and currently president of the North Texas Chapter of the Underground Construction Technology Association.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Masters of Engineering from Texas A&M University. Mr. Crumb is a Professional Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in the water utility industry.
