By: Punto Space

NEW YORK - Nov. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- New York, New York - Punto Space, a three-story upscale event and performance space founded by Debora Balardini, Duke York and Sandie Luna, will host an event to celebrate being officially opened for business on December 10 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.  The event, sponsored by Crave Caterers, Olli Studio, MWD Lifestyles, Windau Photography, The Works Agency, Liz King Events, Techsy Talk, KM Productions and Vali Entertainment, will enable guests to experience the versatility and design of Punto and all it offers to its guests and clients.  The event invitation can be found here: http://VivaPuntoSpace.splashthat.com.

Balardini, York and Luna conceptualized the multi-functional venue to be a creative haven for a multitude of private events, art happenings and performances that also nurture a collaborative aesthetic. With fifty years of combined performance experience, Balardini and Luna oversee each event to ensure that professionals using the space are empowered and supported in fully actualizing their vision while drawing inspiration from their surroundings.

Balardini is excited about the prospect of launching a staple establishment that artists and creatives will enjoy. "At Punto, we don't underestimate how special it is to be a part of someone's process, whether they're creating a work of art or a party for their colleagues. It all takes a level of involvement and preparation to reflect what is important to a guest. We honor the expression of personal taste.”

York embraces the opportunity to support the arts, 'When the opportunity to open Punto came about, to create a realm where creativity can shape itself to the currents of the world, I grasped the chance. Taking risks is the only way to come up with anything original.  Not taking those risks makes failure certain."

Luna speaks on Punto's mission to fuse the professional and artistic side of hospitality: "Punto is a unique environment that harbors creativity and regard for our guests' endeavors. We have carefully designed our venue and model of operations to bring out the artistic side of any professional and the entrepreneurial side of artists.  It is a place to make things happen in the most effective and beautiful way possible….We carefully cater to the needs of each client and their guests. It is important to us, as artists, to house a place that brings a high level of cordiality, dignity and respect to every event, no matter what the occasion is."

The trio of founders continue to curate varied events and performances in the new Midtown atmosphere that is at the heart of the center of the world.
