Kobina Wright Among Global Outsider Artists to Exhibit in London

Nov. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- The work of Kobina Wright will be included in a group exhibit through the Uncooked Culture Mobile Art Bazaar sponsored by the outsider artist group, Uncooked Culture.   The exhibit opens at Gallery at The Tabernacle Notting Hill on Tuesday, November 18^th, and will close on the 23^rd.   The exhibit is curated by the group’s founder, Chutima Kerdpitak.

The Mobile Art Bazaar of Uncooked Culture and its barrier-breaking mission brings the art of creative individuals to the attention of the global public in encompassing works from “Outsider;” “Neo-Outsider;” hidden Self-Taught artists and institution educated, mainstream artists, who present creations of both original and editions.  This is an eclectic art collection from the Circus Terminal Worldwide initiatives held in eight countries from 2012 – 2014, including: Spain; France; Thailand; the United States; The Netherlands; New Zealand; Slovenia and Suriname.

Wright, creator of the Ħodaoa-Anibo language, recently released the second edition, Abridged Ħodaoa-Anibo Dictionary, which is now available on Amazon.com and at the University of Nebraska at Omaha bookstore.  She also participated in the X13 Conference in Omaha, where she spoke of the history of the language and its influence on her art.

Kobina Wright is an American writer, artist, actress and language creator.  She is known primarily for her poetry and abstract art which is constantly evolving.  Wright is the creator of the Ħodaoa-Anibo  language which she began to develop in 2003 and published “The Ħodaoa-Anibo  Dictionary.”  She is also known as the co-creator of nuler poetry which she helped to develop with friend and poet, Lisa Bartley Lacey, who now goes by the name Elle Beah.
