Hosted in conjunction with She Leads Africa and the African Technology Foundation, Diaspora Demo Day is a startup showcase that presents emerging high growth and high impact technology companies as well as  social enterprises focused on Africa and the African Diaspora. The 25 Startup participants will make 5 minute pitches to an audience of impact and angel investors, policy makers, fellow entrepreneurs, industry experts and an esteemed panel of judges including Ngozi Bell, Regional Advocate for the Small Business Administration, Chinesom Ejiasa, Director Private Equity OPIC, Gloria La Cava, Co-Coordinator World bank Middle East & North Africa Youth Program, Jon Gosier, Managing Partner of AppsAfrica Fund, Danielle Walker, Director of African Affairs - US Chamber of Commerce, Alex Dixon, Director of the Rockefeller Aspen Diaspora Program, Samuel Suraphel, Founder Mansa: CoLabs, Celena Green, Director of Africa Vital Voices, Karen Attiah, Dep.
