Bentonville Group Personal Training Trades Workouts for Turkeys to Feed Needy Families

BENTONVILLE, Ark. - Nov. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- – Bentonville’s Precision Fitness, a group personal training facility for busy men and women, is teaming up with the community to provide relief to needy families this holiday season.

All people who donate a frozen turkey will be provided with a free “damage control” workout on Thanksgiving Day before the big feast. All turkeys will be donated to the NWA Food Bank.

Dustin Williams, owner of Precision Fitness, is a firm believer in giving back to the community.

Williams claims, “With the current plight of the economy, it’s clear that we all really need to stick together and help each other out when we can. We have a really tight-knit group of clients, and they always go above and beyond in helping others.”

“A hot and fresh turkey is a basic American right that no family should be denied. Humbly, we will do everything in our power to make sure that we can ensure this right is exercised for as many needy local  families as possible,” says Williams.

The Turkey Day Workout is meant to burn lots of calories, deplete muscle glycogen, and ramp up metabolism to allow campers to enjoy some of the indulgences of the holiday season in moderation without the guilt or the setbacks.

Participants will also be encouraged to bring any special friends or family members who would also like to participate in the pre-feast activity.

Precision Fitness is asking generous people to bring their turkeys to Precision Fitness on Nov 22^nd the Friday before Thanksgiving if they wish to participate.
