Part of Kelly’s process is to give increasingly challenging objectives to her team. As they accomplish new goals, she pushes them to do even better the next time. In doing so, she fuels their existing hunger and passion. “They already have it in them to be great. I’m just trying to unlock that potential. So far, our whole team has been rapidly improving; I couldn’t be more proud!”
