Crematory Manufacturing & Service Announces New Online Help Center and Cremation Forum

 
TULSA, Okla. - Nov. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- 6 November 2014—TULSA, OK—A new online Help Center is now available at help.CrematoryManufacturing.com. And with it, an online Cremationist Forum.

"Our mission is to Change the Way People Think About Cremation," said Larry Stuart, Jr., President, "and we feel it is important to not only help educate our peers and colleagues within our profession but to enlighten the public as well. Cremation today is not what it was 20 years ago, especially in the minds of the public, and we are proud to be leading that change in mindset from within."

The new Help Center contains a variety of resources including a Knowledge Base, FAQ, equipment manuals, specifications, sequences of operations, installation manuals, extensive educational and informational white papers and environmental resources, some of which are available to the general public. "The portion of the help center dedicated to equipment troubleshooting and repair issues, manuals, specifications and the Online Cremationist Forum are only available to registered users," said Stuart, "that is another benefit we offer as part of our superior customer service and as far as we know, the cremationist community forum is the first of its kind within the profession."

The cremationist forum allows any user to set up a free account, post a question related to crematory operations and get an answer.

"The answer might come from another user, it might come from our staff, or it might even come from me," said Stuart.

The publicly accessible portion of the Help Center contains a multitude of information for both the cremationist and the general public regarding cremation and its history and effect on our society, an eBook, cremation education items, general operational guidelines, and best practices.

"Making this information available to the public is one of the ways we are exemplifying our Universal Education value," said Stuart. “Transparency and healthy open discussion will only benefit society at large."

The launch of the Help Center is part of CMS' envisioning process around three core values: Universal Education, Service Partnerships and Balanced Engineering.
