Mark Freeman Joins Rudolph and Sletten as Project Manager

SAN DIEGO - Nov. 10, 2014 - PRLog -- As it expands its retail portfolio in San Diego, venerable general contracting firm Rudolph and Sletten has hired Mark Freeman as a senior project manager. Freeman’s resume includes project management of three Southland Nordstrom stores including Thousand Oaks, Glendale, and Fashion Island in Newport Beach.

“Mark’s experience building three Nordstrom stores makes him an ideal fit for Rudolph and Sletten as we embark on major shopping center renovations in San Diego,” said Rene Olivo, vice president of operations for Rudolph and Sletten’s local office.  “The retail market is coming back strong in San Diego and there are big plans for both renovations and new construction throughout the County.”

Although a long time resident of Point Loma, Mark has spent the last nine years commuting to the Los Angeles area, where he managed major construction projects for a large general contractor. His resume also includes project management for a large Southern California casino, office buildings, and municipal facilities such as fire stations and libraries.

A graduate of Texas A&M University in Construction Science, Mark started his career in the Texas market, working as an engineer, estimator and project manager in Dallas.

His professional affiliations include membership in the Design Build Institute of America.  In his free time, he volunteers as a coach in the Point Loma Little League.
