Needham Bank Celebrates Employee Achievement with New Annual Awards Program

NEEDHAM, Mass. - Nov. 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Needham, MA, ISSUED Nov 10, 2014--Needham Bank recognized six employees with Employee Appreciation Awards. Employees were nominated by peers in six categories and the winners were chosen by the Senior Management Team. The awards program was designed to recognize the outstanding individuals who go above and beyond every day to positively impact the success of Needham Bank.

The award winners included Concierge Banker Anne Putnam, Loan Operations Compliance Specialist Janelle Rosette, Needham Office Teller Ellen Harney, First Vice President of Deposit Operations Alyson Lobisser, Benefits and Payroll Manager Jennifer Bell, and Loan Operations Servicing Manager Suzanne Kelliher. In addition to the winners, other employees were nominated and given honorable mention.

Winners were treated to a celebration dinner with the Executive Management Team at The Capital Grille and a cut glass award commemorating the achievement.
