The official promotion took place on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at MGA Business Consulting's headquarter office in Phoenix, Arizona. Current Managing Partners and Account Managers were in attendance.

Giang Doan moved to the Phoenix area in 2012 to work in a family business. After living in Arizona, Doan realized he was looking for a career that would give him the opportunity for independence and control over his career path. Doan mentions that "upon interviewing with MGA Business Consulting, I saw the potential to build relationships and assist in the growth of the company and it's individuals, and I haven't looked back".
