Gluten-Free Holiday Hosting 101

Enter Beth Hillson, food editor of gluten-free lovers go to publication Gluten-Free & More magazine.  Having been diagnosed with Celiac Disease over 35 years ago when there were very little resources for those living the gluten-free lifestyle, Beth put herself through culinary school and helped pioneer the new landscape of gluten-free living.  Her boundless recipes and cooking methods have cultivated a following thanks to her regular inclusions in Gluten-Free & More magazine.
