The Litigator Awards also does not accept third-party advertising. All research, analysis, evaluations, nominations and awards are funded by entry fees nominees pay to enter the contest.

Chase said the awards bear significant value because winners are selected strictly on the merit of their achievements. "This is no popularity contest. It is a competition that is based on results and what we've been able to do for our clients."
