This dynamic program enables the shops to ultimately control their relationships by constantly measuring their customer satisfaction ratings, service performance by their technicians, and their overall financial participation as it pertains to automotive glass claims. The announcement was made during (SEMA) week in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Automotive glass shops or those that perform automotive glass services such as collision repair facilities can immediately apply to the Open Claims Program.

Participants in the Open Claims Program can expect to begin processing and/or receiving claims through the program in the first quarter of 2015. Benefits of the Open Claims Program include:
