United Premier Soccer League Announces 2014-15 All Star Team Voting

TORRANCE, Calif. - Nov. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- November 5, 2014 -- Torrance, CA --The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) announced today that it will name a 2014/15 UPSL All Star Team as voted by the managers, owners and players of each respective USPL club. A total of 21 UPSL All Stars will be named which currently represents the 21 clubs in the USPL. Each player will be promoted and highlighted by the league through the UPSL league media contacts and existing relationships in the professional soccer arena to expose that player for the purpose of giving that player the opportunity to play at higher levels in the future which would include NASL, MLS and International playing opportunities.

United Premier Soccer League Commissioner Yan Skwara commented, “We are very excited to announce the first annual UPSL All Star Team as voted by its own teams, players and owners. The coaches, players and owners will choose the top player that proved to be the MVP for their respective club during the playing season. It is very important that these UPSL All Star players are recognized both on and off the field for their outstanding performances throughout the season as they have worked hard to attain an All Star status. We look forward to announcing the 2014/15 USPL All Stars at our upcoming AGM meeting in February 2015 as the UPSL will present each and every UPSL All Star player with his All Star medal. The USPL is a breeding grounding for the talent of tomorrow and we are pleased to showcase this talent with our UPSL All-Star players.

The (UPSL) United Premier Soccer League was formed in 2011 and is now in its fourth season. The USPL currently operates 21 teams all in the Southwestern United States with a projected 30 plus teams in 2015. With the addition of new teams in the Southwest Region, the United Premier Soccer League is currently Southern California’s fastest growing Men’s League. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining UPSL minimum standards. Currently the UPSL is made up of three conferences, the Western Conference and the South/East Conference and the new Northwest Conference for 2015.
