Real Estate and Technology Converge in New York City Expo

NEW YORK - Nov. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- The 6th Annual NYC Real Estate Expo & 1st Annual NYC Tech Expo will be held at Hilton in Midtown, 1335 Avenue of the Americas from 7am to 4:30pm. It will be attended by an estimated 3,500 leaders in the real estate industry, and more than 180 companies will participate in the exposition.

David Drake, Chairman and Founder of Victoria Global, The Soho Loft Media Group and LDJ Capital, says “Investors have always regarded real estate as a safe and less volatile investment compared to equities and other modes of investment.  Crowdfunding in the real estate industry is changing the rules of the game. ” He further adds, “ Investors are seeing real estate crowdfunding as an excellent tool to stabilize and diversify their investment portfolios.
