Lee & Associates Negotiates $5.6 Million Sale of San Diego Industrial Facility

SAN DIEGO - Nov. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO, Calif.—November 3, 2014—The San Diego North County and Irvine offices of Lee & Associates (http://www.lee-associates.com/) combined to broker a $5.624 million sale of a 36,000-square-foot industrial complex located at 6749 Top Gun Street, San Diego.

GregPieratt, of Lee & Associates San Diego North County, joined with Dale Camera and Jason Helmick of Lee’s Irvine office, to represent the buyer.

“This is a great product with strong bones in a core market,” said Pieratt, noting that the three-unit facility is 100% occupied. The Buyers plan to hold the property as an investment.

Novi Investments, LLC, the seller, was represented by Dean Asaro of Cassidy Turley.
