We will be running Successful Budgeting Series for non-finance professionals, business owner, students, trustees, board members, budget managers and others who are seeking either to help them with current jobs or to progress to the higher levels of management.

2. Fundamentals of Financial Management needed to set a successful budget

3. Some Financial Accounting Concepts important for the successful budgeting

4. Financial Calculations

Trainer

Fayaz Malik is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants which is one of the largest accountancy body in the world. Fayaz has almost 16 years of experience working as an accountant, finance manager, finance director and a consultant in various organisations including start-ups, small and large organisations. He has a significant experience working in various sectors including Industry & Commerce, Charities, Environment, Housing and Health.

Fayaz has worked and provided his consulting services internationally in various countries including India and Middle East.

Fayaz is also a Non-Executive Director of BCP NHS Foundation Trusts, Board Member and a Trustee of Halow Birmingham and Governor at Ormiston Academies Trust.
