Innodisk Showcasing Flash Storage Array at Cloud Computing Expo and Supercomputing '14

HSI CHIH, Taiwan - Nov. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- November 04, 2014, Taipei, Taiwan – Innodisk, the service-driven flash provider, proudly announces its presentation of the latest storage appliance and server flash storage on November 4-6 at Cloud Expo in Santa Clara, CA, as well as on November 17-20 at Supercomputing 2014(SC’14) in New Orleans.

All Flash Array Innodisk will do a live demonstration of its FlexiArray™ All-Flash storage array to prove the power of all-flash storage for cloud and high performance applications. FlexiArray™ SE110 is a 1U rackmount with 10 SSD drives in a 3TB configuration. By using FlexiRemap™ Technology for global wear-leveling, enterprise reliability and performance of 320,000+ sustained IOPS is achievable with MLC flash. The SE110 offers Quad Port 10GbE SFP+ and InfiniBand FDR QSFP connectivity. A live demonstration of the SE110 using IOMeter will be on display at the Innodisk booth.

Server Memory Innodisk will display its server memory products including Load-Reduced DIMMs, Unbuffered DIMMs with ECC and Registered DIMMS. Designed for high performance computing, Load-Reduced DIMMs have a special buffer to reduce heavy-load data to single-load data. With LR-DIMMS, servers can add more memory per channel with fewer loads, and increase their memory capacity. Innodisk’s registered DIMM modules are designed to ensure data integrity at both the device-level and system-level of the server.

Server Flash Products Besides FlexiArray, Innodisk also offers flash in a variety of form factors such as mSATA, M.2 S42 and S80, and USB EDC for accelerating server performance or reliability. Innodisk will also feature its SATADOM series, an extremely compact SATA flash drive which fits directly on the SATA connector. SATADOM uses the SATA Pin 7 for VCC power, eliminating the need for external power connectors and allow additional on-board flash storage to be easily added directly to servers.

ServerDOM ServerDOM is a compact solid state boot drive for servers that fit directly on the SATA connector without using a drive bay. With better reliability and performance than HDDs, its compact size and its ability to use the SATA connector Pin7 for power, frees up space for more hot-swappable data storage. Featuring a low profile that fits into 1U rack mount enclosures, ServerDOM is SATADOM designed for servers, with support for Intel RSTe and IPMI. Bootable and compatible with all major operating systems, low profile ServerDOM as a boot drive can increase server boot performance and overall reliability.
