Nicaragua will be present in Outsource2LAC 2014

Nicaragua will participate in the Latin American and the Caribbean Outsourcing and Offshoring Summit, Outsource2LAC 2014, with a delegation of 7 companies and PRONicaragua.
 
MANAGUA, Nicaragua - Nov. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Nicaragua will participate in the Latin American and the Caribbean Outsourcing and Offshoring Summit, Outsource2LAC 2014, with a delegation of 7 companies and PRONicaragua. The event will be held in Guatemala City this November 11-13 and is being organized by the Integration and Trade Sector of the Inter-American Development Bank, the Guatemalan Ministry of Economy, the Guatemalan Investment Promotion Agency (Invest in Guatemala), and the Guatemalan Exporters Association (AGEXPORT), with the support of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and Tholons.

Nicaragua’s delegation in this year’s Outsource2LAC will include the following companies: Slick Developers, Rain, Güegüe, CT Outsourcing, Accedo Technologies, Multiconsultores S.A., and XOLO. Currently, these companies offer top quality services such as software development, mobile application development, digital marketing, business consulting, customer service, sales and collections. During the event, the Nicaraguan delegation expects to meet potential clients and establish key contacts to enhance their growth.

With the participation of over 500 companies of the service sector from around the globe, the event will provide an extraordinary opportunity for service buyers and suppliers to learn about current trends in the global outsourcing industry and to identify business opportunities. Additionally, with the attendance of many regional and international companies and Trade and Investment Promotion Agencies, it will constitute a unique scenario to meet, network and engage with potential clients and trading partners, as well as to listen to some of the most influential professionals from the industry.

Outsource2LAC 2014 will also include a conference program that will address the changing market dynamics, the status of the region in this sector, labor skills needed to stay competitive, creative industries, new frontiers in legal and medical process outsourcing, and how to capitalize financial opportunities, among other topics. Additionally, the event will have a space for business matchmaking meetings and a site visit.

Nicaragua features in the 2014 Tholons Top 100 Outsourcing Destinations ranking, where the capital city Managua climbed eight spots to occupy the 87th position to become one of the three destinations in the world that most improved in the ranking. This upgrading in the ranking highlights the country’s improving strengths as an outsourcing destination. Currently, approximately 30 companies operate in the outsourcing industry of Nicaragua, which have generated more than 5 thousand jobs.
