The conference was a fantastic opportunity for a number of reasons. “There were amazing learning opportunities, because the event drew industry leaders from all over the country to give speeches. Most important, though, were the networking opportunities – both formal and informal.” explained Kinsey further. “A great weekend was had by all.”

“We work with amazing professionals, and selecting only a few people for this event was a difficult task,” admitted Kinsey. “I feel we made the right choices though, and for the right reasons as well. Triumfia was chosen because she exemplifies an ownership mentality. I have never met someone who is so confident of her goals, and never hesitates to take action. Cody is also a very driven individual with a whatever-it-takes mindset. I expect to see both of them achieve very high levels of success.”

Kinsey went on to praise others on the Excel Management team, including Krenda, saying she has grown both personally and professionally from the day she started. Ariel has grown as well, facing many ups and downs in the last few months but always finding a way to come out on top. Blake got the nod through sheer desire. He did everything possible to be on this trip. “When someone is that motivated and determined you know he will succeed!”

Speaking of determination, Kinsey explained that Hannah was invited for this reason as well. “She is phenomenal at everything about this industry, except one thing – asking for help. I just had to get her around other leaders of her calibre to show her that it is acceptable to be as talented as she is and still get help from time to time.”

Finally, Jessica was added to the roster because of her clarity and focus. “She is lighting up every campaign she works on, in order to achieve an even bigger goal: she wants to use her success in marketing to open her own office. I wanted to make sure she got the chance to meet people who could help her achieve her dream, besides myself.”
