CINCINNATI - Nov. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- The innovative marketing and consulting firm has received continually increasing demand for its services. As such, the company has been able to open offices in 10 cities. What’s more, according to Jessica, the firm’s director, it will continue to grow and there are plans to open another five offices before the end of 2015.

Of the most recent openings, Grand Rapids, Michigan, was the team’s favorite. This region had a very energetic response to the firm’s offerings, so they knew that the consumers there would really love what they brought to the table. “It was great working in a region that really resonated with our services,” said one team member. “People almost always appreciate our attention to customer service, but Grand Rapids was on a whole different level. Opening that office was a lot of fun.”

However, she explained that this team development effort isn’t limited to hiring new people. It is also about building the morale and abilities of the existing team. To do so she brought five members of her team to a conference to learn about recruitment and managing human resources. Furthermore, Jessica spoke at the conference about the cycle of team development.

“It was a very valuable event for us,” she said. “I brought Scott, L., Sara P., Emily R., Austin R., and Samuel A. with me. I think they learned a great deal from the experience. Also, I’m glad they got to see me speak; hopefully it helped them see what they can accomplish by working hard and dedicating themselves.”
