MobiWire cashes in with its Mobiprint³ terminal at Cartes Paris 2014

Nov. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- MobiWire will present Mobiprint3, the latest version of its transaction-processing terminal, at the Cartes Paris 2014 trade show, which is taking place from 4 to 6 November at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre (France). With almost 100,000 unit sales of the two previous generations of the product, MobiWire is proud to showcase its latest POS solution, which runs under Android OS.

MobiWire, a recognised leader in the design, production and delivery of connected devices dedicated to cash and electronic transactions, is taking innovation a step further with Mobiprint3, its latest product. With a wide touchscreen, an Android OS, new sensors, high-performance battery life, and an ergonomic design, Mobiprint3 is the ideal POS terminal for distributors.

MobiWire will present its new Mobiprint3 technology on Stand 4K028 at the Paris Cartes 2014 trade show, which is taking place from 4 to 6 November of this year at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, north of the French capital.

The Mobiprint3 design is based on a smartphone architecture (GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, or HSPA), combined with a robust printer, which enables everyday transactions (cash collection, proof-of-purchase tickets, receipts, etc.) and POS data management. Adapted to, and designed primarily for, cash-payment regions in which banking services are hard to come by, Mobiprint3 replaces traditional bank accounts with cheaper mobile accounts that are particularly efficient for micro-payments.

Mobiprint³ is indispensable in scenarios where physical proof of transaction is mandatory, such as air-time top-ups on mobile phones, money transfers from mobile accounts, mobile payments, and purchasing bus tickets with cash (or through an electronic transaction).
