JK Design Announces Five Staff Promotions

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. - Nov. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- JK Design, a full-service creative and advertising agency with locations in central NJ and NYC, announced the promotion of five exemplary employees within its design department.

On the heels of a series of recent new hires and new role assignments, the most recent round of promotions will enable the agency to continue innovating and producing high-quality creative for a growing client base, including Valley National Bank, Philips Lighting, Chobani, Siemens, Rutgers University, and many others.

Bill Church and Martin Jones, both former art directors, have been promoted to the position of senior art director. In their new roles they lead design teams and oversee the design process from conception to completion. Prior to his seven-year tenure with JK Design, Bill worked as a designer for several NYC agencies. Martin has more than three decades of commercial print and design experience, including over 15 years at JK.

Former production artists Nick Guido and Lucy San Philips are now art directors responsible for developing and executing high-end designs for corporate branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and marketing collateral. Both Nick and Lucy joined the JK team in 2011. Prior to that, Nick was a web and graphic designer; Lucy held a variety of positions as graphic designer and art director, and was president and managing partner of a design group.

Mike King, who joined the agency in 2010 as a production artist, is now JK Design’s brand ambassador responsible for producing, implementing, and promoting the agency brand. His experience includes a wide range of design work for diverse clients and industries, and he was instrumental in the agency's recent rebranding initiative.

JK Design's headquarters is in the historic Staats House in Hillsborough, NJ. The agency's NYC office is located in the Chelsea neighborhood of midtown Manhattan.
