British Designer Kristin Frazer Visits IADE Creative University in Portugal

Nov. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- On Wednesday, October 29, British designer Kristin Frazer stopped by IADE Creative University to conduct a fashion seminar for students on their Lisbon campus. The visit was one of Frazer’s last stops while in Portugal taking part in El Corte Ingles’, “Britain is Great” campaign.

The fashion seminar was open to a select number of attendees ranging from first year to master’s level international students. During the event, Frazer introduced attendees to her swimwear line, Trèfle, and gave them a preview of the 2015 collection. The seminar highlighted the development and progression of Trèfle, along with addressing how the brand overcame obstacles and landed a mention by international pop artist, Beyoncè. Before lining up to take “selfies” with the students, Frazer reminded attendees that “the way to create a successful brand is to do your research; find out who you are and work towards becoming that.”

“The students really enjoyed it. We even had the parent of a potential student from Venezuela in the audience who is ready to enroll. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with some of our students,” exclaims Associate Professor Dr. Theresa Lobo.
