Step into a Chef's Shoes with Boston Center for Adult Education

BOSTON - Nov. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- WHAT:          Step into the shoes of a sous chef as you explore the “Behind the Line” experience at the Boston Center for Adult Education on Monday, November 10^th, 2014 from 6:00PM-9:00PM. This hands-on cooking class gives students the opportunity to work alongside professional chefs and restaurateurs as they execute an actual multi-course meal for dinner guests.

Students will prep, cook, and present some of Faro’s best artisanal Italian dishes to a pop-up packed dining room. ($70 Non-Members/$60 Members/$15 Materials)

         If you’re more interested in eating the food than making it, you can sign up to be one of the dinner guests for the evening. For only $35 you can enjoy wine and a multi-course dinner prepared by Faro and his students.
