HHHunt Hires Tom Hudson as Land Acquisition Manager in Greater Washington and Baltimore Metro Areas

Nov. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- HHHunt (http://www.hhhunt.com/) announced today that Thomas N. Hudson joined the company as a Land Acquisition Manager based in Washington, DC. He will focus on identifying and securing available sites for the development of assisted living and market rate apartment communities in the Greater Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD metropolitan areas.

Hudson brings over 20 years of land acquisition experience to the company and will oversee HHHunt’s growth in the region. He will identify, negotiate and contract land for new developments and manage the development process for new projects.

Prior to joining HHHunt, Hudson served as Land Acquisition Manager for Riberia Development and Director of Land Acquisition for M/I Homes of DC. He also has worked with Hudson Land, NVR and Winchester Homes. During his career, Hudson has negotiated land acquisition deals that total tens of millions of dollars and resulted in thousands of residential building lots.

He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA from the University of South Florida.
