Elina Property Management System is in the Final

 
PUTNEY, U.K. - Nov. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Vestibule Marketing, providers of property management software, Elina, have progressed into the finals of the Wandsworth business awards on their first application to the event.

The core product that the company offers, Elina Property Management System, is offered under the Software as a Service model which means that both system and service are offered as one product. The company is self-funded and, since its inception, has seen year on year growth both in terms of the number of employees, and the number of companies using Elina.

Based in Putney, the Elina team have customers in the US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, providing the same level of service to each customer irrespective of location. These customers range from small hotels and B&B’s, to hotel chains and serviced apartment companies with multiple properties in a number of locations.

Constant development of the system as a whole means that there are constant updates to the systems and customers can also make feature requests, to broaden the functionality of the software. Combining service with software has proven successful for the Elina PMS team and has also seen them grow even in times of economic hardship.

While other companies have sought to outsource their roles in recent years in order to save costs, the Elina PMS team have fought to keep every aspect of their company in house and are planning to do so for the foreseeable future.
