A heroic group of discarded Cuddly Toys team-up to take on the Bogeyman and the Monsters under the Bed in an adventure comic for all ages, that is seeking funding on Kickstarter.

Led by Tristan the Teddy Bear the Cuddly Defenders adventures are going to be published in a quarterly released comic book throughout 2015. To help these Plushy Pals on their way a Kickstarter has been created to help fund the first book, and to help push the series forward.

What is this Kickstarter?

We are asking you to check out the Cuddly Defenders Kickstarter and pledge to help us, the writers and artists for Tristan and the Cuddly Defenders to launch a comic book. This is what we want to do.

Who are the Cuddly Defenders?

The Cuddly Defenders are the Champions of all Children, of Wonder and Imagination, led by Tristan the Teddy Bear they do battle against the Evil Bogeyman and his Legions of Monsters under the Bed who are trying to steal the Power of Wonder, and turn the human world into an age of nightmares.

The Cuddly Defenders are Tristan the Teddy Bear, Wilma Bunny, Archer Bear and Fernando the Mouse Lion. Each character is a virtue

How it all started

It all started with one little Teddy Bear named Tristan in his illustrated adventure story called The Teddy Bear Tale. From this story a second book was created, which then morphed into the Cuddly Defenders Graphic Novel.

Going to Hollywood

The Teddy Bear Tales and Cuddly Defenders are currently in Hollywood being pitched to the major studios as a live action/CGI movie or full length animated feature, or maybe even a cartoon show. The future for the Cuddly Defenders is bright and you can get on the ground floor as we launch a comic book to further explore their world even further.

The Talent

This is not a padded Kickstarter project, every cent... Every cent!!! Goes to the production of this comic book.

If we make full funding it will go to the art, production and printing of this book. This is a lean labor of love to tell the Teddy Bear Tale. To help tell the story, here is the talent rundown.
