City Mall Launches ‘Because We Care’ Charity Drive

AMMAN, Jordan - Nov. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- City Mall, in cooperation with the Charity Clothing Bank, is receiving donations of winter season clothes within its charity campaign “Because We Care”, which starts from November 1^st  until the 10^th. All donations will be distributed to families in need around Jordan.

According to the campaign, the Mall installed specially designed boxes near its main entrances, placing them at visible areas, to collect the largest possible number of warm clothes for the upcoming winter season.

The initiative is in line with City Mall’s corporate social responsibility activities, aimed at inspiring social solidarity and improving the living conditions of underprivileged families.

Commenting on the campaign, Ms. Maram Enaya, Commercial Manager at City Mall, said the Mall is committed to its responsibility towards society by creating and supporting positive charity initiatives.

“We, at the city’s favorite destination, are planning this initiative to encourage our visitors and shoppers to be part in supporting the less fortunate families by donating warm clothes” Ms. Enaya added, noting that City Mall—as a  part of the Jordanian community—will continue to support useful charity initiatives that serve the society.
