Medicare Enrollment Periods Medicare Annual Enrollment period is from October 15th until December 7th each year. During that time a Medicare Beneficiary can elect to change from one Medicare Advantage to another. They can also elect to change to a different Prescription drug plan. However, there are other special election periods available to Medicare beneficiaries. The exact dates of your IEP depend on your date of birth, or on the date you began receiving disability benefits.
