Better-Burger Chain Dishes Up Special Promotion for Veterans Day

Oct. 31, 2014 - PRLog -- Ventura, CA – Wayback Burgers™ is saying “Thank You” to over 19,000 veterans and active duty military personnel on the Port Hueneme Naval Base location by offering free food during normal business hours on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. Veterans and active duty military personnel on the base can choose any item on the Wayback menu for free, with no purchase necessary, all day long.

The Wayback Burgers’ strategic alliance with American military bases began with the opening of the first location on the Port Hueneme Naval Base Ventura County in January, 2014. Port Hueneme has been operating as an American naval base in Ventura County since 2000 and serves as an all-in-one mobilization site, deep water port, railhead, and airfield. Today, the base population is comprised of more than 19,000 personnel.

In addition to the Port Hueneme promotion, more than 85 Wayback Burgers locations nationwide will be offering veterans and active-duty military a free Wayback Classic Burger with the purchase of any side and any drink. They need only to present a valid form of military ID to receive the offer on Veterans Day.
