These roads also follow the same routes used by General George Washington as he led his weary, freezing soldiers, to Morristown after the crossing the Delaware and the victories at Trenton and Princeton during the American Revolution.

Many of the images have been donated from private collections of local residents as well as the collections from local historical societies.
