Bilzin Sumberg Michelle R. Weber Elected to Florida Foster Care Review Board

MIAMI - Nov. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP is pleased to announce that Executive Director Michelle R. Weber was elected to the Florida Foster Care Review Board of Directors. Foster Care Review seeks to promote the safety and well-being of abused and neglected children through volunteer case reviews and advocacy. The organization serves as an independent arm of Florida's 11th Judicial Circuit Juvenile Court.

Michelle has over 30 years' experience in law firm management, and has served as Bilzin Sumberg's Executive Director for the last 20 years. Michelle focuses on organizational team building, cost control management, financial analyses and forecasting, new business strategies and work flow procedures. Michelle will apply this expertise in her new role at Foster Care Review.

Michelle holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from City University of New York. She is a frequent speaker and author on topics in law firm management and business development processes.
