Jai relies strongly on the organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and management techniques he developed in his former career as an information technology consultant. He enjoys working with homebuyers, and noted, “I know from my 10+ years in customer service that ‘It’s all about taking care of your customers.’ ” Jai will specialize in residential properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Jai grew up in North Carolina and has resided in the Dallas area for the past 4 years. Fluent in three languages (English, Hindi, and Punjabi), Jai is anticipating using his bilingual capabilities in developing his business in the Flower Mound, Highland Village and Lewisville markets. He attended Wake Tech Community College and Strayer University where he earned his A.S. degree and B.S. degree in Networking Technology. In the entrepreneurial spirit, he also operated his own business for over 3 years. Jai is married and attends Frisco Hanuman Temple. When time permits, he enjoys watching basketball, football and most sports.
