It means the toothpaste would be founded some spot from the tube which is poisonous to the health. Obviously, if you want to develop this kind of tube ,you have to solve this problems. Last but not least ,people invent one way which is painting a thin plastic material in the inner of the aluminum tube ,so we can easily separate the aluminum material and the paste. Finally, there is still a problem uniformity of the painting is hard to control, this way just to reduce the influence of the chemical reaction, it can not solve the problem perfectly.

During the price of the aluminum tube and composite tube is lower continually, the price of the plastic aluminum has also down than before. Finally, there were a great action in the toothpaste industry, that is some manufacturers print the tube with the flexible printing which make the good quality for the toothpaste. Both the domestic supplier  and overseas suppliers use this plastic aluminum tube to fill up the paste. Of course there were lots of famous brand which hold the most market in the world  has been founded ,such as the brand of "Spearmint," "white jade" and  "acid proof". Chinese suppliers also produce the toothpaste with the plastic aluminum tube. When the plastic aluminum become the main packaging for the toothpaste, aluminum tube was quickly ignored by everyone.

As for the future of the toothpaste tube ,I would like to recommend the following two direction .One is the Light-weight plastic aluminum tube, it means the thickness of the multi plastic is reduce the 200μm,the thickness of the aluminum is reduce to 10μm or even more thin. The other is the full plastic aluminum tube ,the usage of EVOH make it possible, but there are some relative between the thickness and the toothpaste, that is why we can not be in a mass production. But it is still the new trends of the  laminated tube for toothpaste production.
